Roadmap to community project success: An applied Community Power workshop

A hands-on experiential workshop that walks participants from prospect to project providing all of the basic tools required to get a community-based solar project started in your community. 

No previous experience is required other than a desire to be part of Ontario's renewable future. Experts will guide you through exercises and an interactive discussion. 

The goal is to engage established community-based organizations and institutional groups with assets building their capacity to collaborate on their own projects. Ultimately, our interest is to build confidence in participants so that they will embark upon a project from start to finish.

Chris Bentley was elected to the Ontario Legislature in 2003 as the Member of Provincial Parliament for London West. He also served as Minister of Labour, and then as Minister of Training, Colleges and Universities. He was re-elected in 2007 and 2011. He has served on a number of cabinet committees: Co-chair of the Treasury Board Working Group, Treasury Board/Management Board of Cabinet, Committee of Emergency Management, Legislation and Regulations, Justice, Intergovernmental Affairs and Aboriginal Issues. He also served on the Poverty Reduction Committee.
